Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach me at madlyinlove.studio@gmail.com or 425.435.9953 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

I am not a direct vendor with the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC); however, many of my current clients are SDRC participants who have successfully used their approved funding to access my services.

If you are part of the SDRC, I can help guide you through the process of using your funding toward my programs.

Depending on the client’s program and preferred activities, we’ll meet in the location that works best for you — whether that’s a local park, a gym, or in the comfort of your own home.

I travel to you and always aim to meet at locations closest and most convenient to your home, making each session accessible, stress-free, and tailored to your needs.

Serving all of San Diego County.

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor with 250 hours of training, specializing in gentle, low-impact practices that prioritize accessibility and stretch-based movement.

I’m also certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) — a science-based joint mobility system that focuses on improving strength, control, and flexibility through low-impact movement.

For added safety and preparedness, I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.

In addition to my formal training, I bring over 10 years of experience in childcare and respite care, and I’ve been deeply connected to the special needs community my entire life — a passion that began with my own family.

I currently have clients who are not part of the Self-Determination Program (SDP) but have approved funding to use for these services.

If you have funding through other programs or sources, I’m happy to help you explore how to apply it toward your personalized movement and activity support.

Nope!

Before scheduling any sessions, I always take the time to meet with the client and their parents. This gives us a chance to connect, talk through your goals, and make sure I’m the right fit for your family.

Sessions are available Monday through Saturday, with flexible times to meet your family’s needs.

Meet & Greets can be scheduled any day of the week, giving us the chance to connect at a time that works best for you.

Yes! Family members are always more than welcome to join sessions, as long as the client feels comfortable — because this is their time to shine and grow.

I prioritize the client’s space and independence, while also celebrating the support and love that family brings.

While I deeply respect and support families, I do not provide respite care for my clients.

My role is to be your loved one’s activity buddy and coach, focusing on movement, growth, and empowerment. Maintaining clear boundaries helps build trust and creates a safe, positive space for every session.

Thank you for understanding this important distinction.
