We meet in the location that works best for you — whether that’s a local park, a gym, or in a space open to the public! 

I travel to you and always aim to meet at locations closest and most convenient, making each session accessible to the public, stress-free, and tailored to your needs.

For those who do self pay I can meet anywhere convenient for you! 

Serving all of San Diego County. 

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor with 250 hours of training, specializing in gentle, low-impact practices that prioritize accessibility and stretch-based movement.

I’m also certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) — a science-based joint mobility system that focuses on improving strength, control, and flexibility through low-impact movement.

For added safety and preparedness, I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Sessions are available Monday through Saturday.

Meet & Greets can be scheduled any day of the week, giving us the chance to connect at a time that works best for you.

Yes! This service is offered for those with and without special needs. This is a welcoming space for all abilities—everyone is supported here and open to all ages! 

I am not a direct vendor with the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC); however, many of my current clients are SDRC participants.

Nope! 

Before scheduling any sessions, I always take the time to meet with the client. This gives us a chance to connect, talk through your goals, and make sure I’m the right fit for you!

Yes! Family members and friends are always welcome to join sessions. This is about making movement fun!
