Services Offered

Personalized Adaptive Coaching

Each client’s program is thoughtfully crafted to reflect their unique interests, goals, and abilities — because no two individuals are the same, and neither are their journeys.

We work together to design a program that feels encouraging, empowering, and fun — something the client looks forward to. Whether it’s through movement, mindfulness, or creative expression, I actively participate alongside each client, supporting them every step of the way.

Indoor/Outdoor Sports

Basketball, Soccer, Baseball/Softball, Football, Swim, Kayaking, Trampoline, Rock Climbing, Dancing, Boxing.

Outdoor Activities

Hiking, Walks, Park.

Gym

For goals that are gym focused we would meet at Chuze fitness near you! I have a buddy pass so membership is taken care of!

Yoga/Stretching/Chair Yoga

If yoga is included in the program, it’s offered as a gentle, low-impact, and non-traditional class — focused on stretching and releasing tension rather than poses or flow. When combined with activity-based classes, the yoga sessions are customized to help stretch and restore the areas that were worked that week, supporting flexibility, recovery, and relaxation.

Agility Training/Body Weight Workout

Our agility and bodyweight movement sessions are designed to build coordination, strength, balance, and confidence — all while having fun! These sessions use low-impact, functional movements tailored to each client’s ability level.

We focus on:

  • Moving safely and with control
  • Enhancing motor planning and body awareness
  • Increasing mobility, flexibility, and endurance
  • Promoting independence and self-trust through movement

No equipment is needed — just your body, some space, and a willingness to try! Every movement is broken down and modified to match the client’s comfort level, and I participate alongside them to offer encouragement and support every step of the way.
