We work together to design a program that feels encouraging, empowering, and fun — something the client looks forward to. Whether it’s through movement, mindfulness, or creative expression, I actively participate alongside each client, supporting them every step of the way.

If yoga is included in the program, it’s offered as a gentle, low-impact, and non-traditional class — focused on stretching and releasing tension rather than poses or flow. When combined with activity-based classes, the yoga sessions are customized to help stretch and restore the areas that were worked that week, supporting flexibility, recovery, and relaxation.
Our agility and bodyweight movement sessions are designed to build coordination, strength, balance, and confidence — all while having fun! These sessions use low-impact, functional movements tailored to each client’s ability level.

No equipment is needed — just your body, some space, and a willingness to try! Every movement is broken down and modified to match the client’s comfort level, and I participate alongside them to offer encouragement and support every step of the way.
